Who we are

Prompter From Planet X is operated by AlienStudios™ ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at grantfurlong6@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your email address and sign-in details, so you can get back into your account.
• Scripts you write or upload, and the titles and version history you save.
• Audio and video you choose to save to your library.
• Your membership plan, renewal dates and payment status.
• If you connect YouTube, your channel name, public statistics and the permission token needed to upload on your behalf.

What we never see

We do not receive or store your card number. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, who take the payment and hold the card details.

Why we use it

To run your account, keep your work available across your devices, unlock the features your plan includes, and answer you when you ask for help. Scripts sent to the AI coach are processed to produce your answer and are not sold or used to advertise to you.

Who else is involved

Paddle (payments), our hosting and database provider (account and script storage), AI providers used for coaching and scoring, and Google/YouTube if you choose to connect your channel. Each only receives what they need to do their part.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Recordings kept only on your device stay there until you delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can view, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing grantfurlong6@gmail.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days. This service is not intended for anyone under 16.
