Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and AlienStudios™ ("we", "us"), operator of Prompter From Planet X at drfurlbox.company. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept them. Contact: grantfurlong6@gmail.com.

Who takes your payment

Our order process is run by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who are the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Paddle handles the payment, receipts, and any sales tax or VAT, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Plans and billing

• Scout — $1 / mo. The prompter, your scripts and your library. Unlimited.
• Pro — $6 / mo. Sound clean and get every take graded.
• Studio — $15 / mo. The full alien crew, plus the shared brain.
• Every paid plan includes unlimited use of the features it covers. There are no credits.
• Plans renew automatically each month on the same date until you cancel, and the price shown at checkout is charged each time.
• Upgrading takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal, and you keep the higher plan until then.
• The first 25 members receive 90 days of Pro at no cost. When that period ends, continued use requires a paid plan.
• We will give at least 30 days notice by email before changing the price of your plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your Account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then stops. See our refund policy.

Your work

Your scripts, recordings and videos are yours. You give us permission only to store and process them so the service can work for you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing, do not impersonate another person's voice or likeness without their permission, and do not attempt to break, resell or automate abuse of the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Service and liability

The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and AI suggestions and scores are guidance, not guaranteed results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
